Anonymous Reporting and Concerns
Raise a concern. You can stay anonymous.
Anyone working on an Andy McCredie Productions production can raise a creative or administrative concern, or report bullying, harassment, discrimination or an unmet access need, without giving their name. Using this form will never cost you work, payment, credit or a future reference.
Concerns about Andy McCredie. If your concern is about Andy McCredie, please contact the relevant union directly rather than using this form: Equity (equity.org.uk), BECTU (bectu.org.uk) or the Writers’ Guild of Great Britain (writersguild.org.uk). The Independent Theatre Council (itc-arts.org) can also advise on ITC/Equity mediation. The form below will point you to them.
What happens next. Andy reads every report. We do not collect your email address, name or any identifying information by default. If you would like a reply, you can leave a contact method, which is optional. Where a report names a person, we follow the process in our Zero Tolerance, Anti-Racism and Inclusion Policy: protect anyone affected, investigate promptly and proportionately, give the person concerned a fair chance to respond, and reach a written decision.
How anonymous is it? The form does not ask who you are. On a small team, the details you include or the time you send it may still make you identifiable, so leave out anything you do not want traced back to you. In an emergency, call 999. This form is not monitored in real time.
